Product questions
I accidentally mixed NABBI BioBeads together with standard beads. What should I do?
Fill a bucket with water and pour the beads into the water. The beads that sink to the bottom are BioBeads, and those that float are standard beads. Use a colander to gather the floating beads and save them. Proceed to pour the water through the colander to gather the BioBeads. Let the beads dry before ironing.
Is it possible to use NABBI BioBeads ironing beads together with standard NABBI ironing beads?
No. This is due to their difference in melting point. NABBI standard beads melt more easily than NABBI BioBeads, which is why we do not recommend mixing these beads when fusing them with an iron.
Are fuse beads, melty beads, ironing beads, etc. different things?
No! Fuse beads, iron beads, melty beads, and ironing beads have become synonyms for little plastic tube beads which can be fused together using an iron. Our NABBI beads are the original ironing bead, produced in Uppsala, Sweden.
Are your products safe?
Our products meet the standards set in the European Toys Directive (EN-71), REACH (the SVHC list) and the Swedish National Agency for Public Procurement’s sustainability criteria for toys and hobby supplies (project Non-Toxic Preschool by the Swedish Society for Nature Conservation).

Do you have a physical store?
We don’t have a physical store. You can find our products in our online shop and with our retailers.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to all EU countries plus Norway and Switzerland, with some regional exceptions. At checkout, you will be able to see if we deliver to your address. Please note that customs fees may apply to orders shipped outside of the EU. The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees.
From where do your orders ship?
All of our products are shipped from our factory and warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden.
Payment questions
Is VAT included in your prices?
Yes, all prices in our web-shop include Swedish VAT (25%).
Delivery questions
What happens if I don’t collect my parcel which has been delivered to a service point?
If you don’t collect your parcel within 14 days of its arrival to the service point, it will be returned to our warehouse automatically. When this happens, you will be charged a fee for additional costs, covering return shipment costs, administrative fees and handling fees. This charge will be sent to you as a separate invoice.
When will my order arrive?
Our normal delivery time is 2-5 working days. Please note that orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following workday at the earliest. It is possible to choose track and trace.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you can cancel your order. Please contact us via email for help with this.
My parcel was damaged when I received it. What should I do?
If your parcel arrives damaged, you must report the damages to the carrier immediately. You also need to contact us via email at support@nabbibiobeads.com within five days of receiving the parcel. We will respond with information on how to proceed within 48h during working days.
I received the wrong product, what do I do?
Please contact us via email if you have received the wrong product. Specify your order number and which article is wrong from your order. We will respond with instructions within 48h during working days.
What are your refund and return policy?
You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receiving your parcel. Always notify us via email at support@nabbiobeads.com before returning the goods. Please note that the right of withdrawal only applies if the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging with labels intact.
We don’t charge additional fees for making a return. However, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost, and we do not refund the original shipping cost. You are also responsible for the goods until they have been returned to us.
You will need to print, fill out, and pack a return slip with the parcel for your return to be handled quickly and efficiently. Please download your return slip here.
We will make a refund of your purchase (excluding shipping costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date the returned goods have been received at our warehouse.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping cost is based on the weight of the parcel. It will be calculated and presented to you at checkout, before you complete your order.
